Recipe : Garlic Toast

Makes 8 servings

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons low-sodium chicken broth
2 garlic cloves, pressed
12 ounces French bread, cut diagonally into 16 slices

Preheat oven to 350o F. Line baking sheet with foil.
In small bowl, combine oil, broth and garlic. With pastry brush, brush one side of each
bread slice with oil mixture; place on prepared baking sheet, spread side up.
Bake 10-13 minutes, until lightly browned.

EACH SERVING (2 SLICES) PROVIDES: 3/4 Fat, 1 1/2 Breads
