Recipe : Mango Salsa

Makes 4 servings

1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 small mango, peeled, pitted and diced *
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup minced red onion
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

In small nonstick skillet, toast cumin seeds over low heat, stirring constantly, 3
minutes, until fragrant; transfer to small bowl.
Add mango, red pepper, onion, lime juice and hot pepper sauce to toasted seeds;
stir well to combine. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled.
