1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded, deveined and minced
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
In medium nonreactive bowl,* combine tomatoes, onion, pepper, cilantro, vinegar,
oregano and salt; let stand 30 minutes.
