Delicious And Healthy Low Carb Atkins Diet Recipe

Recipe : Sangria

Makes 4 servings

2 small nectarines, pitted and sliced
1 small navel orange, sliced
1/2 lime, sliced
10 fluid ounces (1 1/4 cups) dry red wine
1 cup orange juice
1 fluid ounce (2 tablespoons) curacao (orange-flavored liqueur)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
Plain seltzer

In 1-quart pitcher, combine nectarines, orange and lime, slightly crushing fruit
with back of large spoon. Stir in wine, orange juice, curacao, lime juice and
sugar; refrigerate, covered, until chilled.
Just before serving, fill 4 wine glasses with ice. Pour wine mixture into
glasses, dividing liquid and fruit evenly; add enough seltzer to fill glasses.
