Makes 4 servings

1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 fluid ounce (2 tablespoons) fruit-flavored brandy
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 cup thawed frozen light whipped topping (8 calories per tablespoon)
1/2 cup aspartame-sweetened vanilla nonfat yogurt

Set aside 12 berries for garnish; place remaining berries in medium bowl. Add
brandy and sugar to berries in bowl; stir to combine, crushing berries slightly.
Fold whipped topping and yogurt into berry mixture; refrigerate until well
chilled.
Just before serving, divide berry mixture evenly among 4 parfait glasses;
garnish each portion with 3 reserved berries.
