Makes 4 servings

3/4 cup blackberries
3/4 cup blueberries
3/4 cup raspberries
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 fluid ounce (2 tablespoons) kirsch or other fruit-flavored brandy
16 fluid ounces vanilla nonfat sugar-free frozen yogurt

In small saucepan, combine blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, sugar and
kirsch; cook over low heat, crushing berries with back of wooden spoon, until
lukewarm.
Divide frozen yogurt evenly among 4 dessert dishes; top each portion with an
equal amount of berry mixture.
