Delicious And Healthy Low Carb Atkins Diet Recipe

Recipe : Frozen Yogurt with Nutty Chocolate Sauce

Makes 4 servings

1 ounce coarsely chopped walnuts
1 ounce semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon skim milk
1 teaspoon stick margarine
16 fluid ounces chocolate, vanilla or coffee nonfat sugar-free frozen yogurt

Line microwave-safe plate with paper towel. Place walnuts in a single layer on
prepared plate. Microwave on High (100% power) 1-2 minutes, until fragrant (do
not burn).
In 2-cup microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate, peanut butter, milk and
margarine; microwave on Medium (50% power) 1-2 minutes, stirring once, until
chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in walnuts.
Just before serving, divide frozen yogurt evenly among 4 dessert dishes; top
each portion with an equal amount of chocolate sauce.
