Delicious And Healthy Low Carb Atkins Diet Recipe

Recipe : Frozen Yogurt with Orange Sauce

Makes 4 servings

1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 small navel orange, cut into 1/8" slices
1/2 fluid ounce (1 tablespoon) orange-flavored liqueur
16 fluid ounces chocolate, vanilla or coffee nonfat sugar-free frozen yogurt

In small saucepan, with wire whisk, combine orange juice, lemon juice, sugar,
cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cold water, blending until cornstarch is dissolved.
Place over low heat; cook, stirring frequently, 3 minutes, until slightly thickened.
Add orange slices to orange juice mixture; cook, stirring frequently, 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in liqueur.
Divide frozen yogurt evenly among 4 dessert dishes; top each portion with an
equal amount of orange mixture.

EACH SERVING (4 FLUID OUNCES YOGURT + 1/3 CUP SAUCE) PROVIDES:
