Makes 4 servings
2 medium grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
4 fresh mint sprigs
Prepare grill for a medium fire, using direct method (see Cooking Methods) .
Spray grill basket with nonstick cooking spray.
Arrange grapefruit sections in single layer in prepared basket; grill 4 minutes
per side. Divide evenly among 4 plates, using 6 to 8 sections per portion; garnish
with mint sprigs and serve.
