Recipe : Mandarin Orange Sundaes

Makes 4 servings

1 ounce chopped walnuts
16 fluid ounces vanilla nonfat sugar-free frozen yogurt
2 cups drained canned mandarin orange sections (no sugar added)
1/4 cup thawed frozen light whipped topping (8 calories per tablespoon)

Line microwave-safe plate with paper towel. Place walnuts in a single layer on
prepared plate. Microwave on High (100% power) 2 minutes; stir walnuts.
Microwave 1-2 minutes longer, until walnuts are lightly toasted and crisp (do not
burn).
Just before serving, divide frozen yogurt evenly among 4 dessert dishes; top
each portion with 1/2 cup mandarin orange sections and 1 tablespoon whipped
topping. Sprinkle evenly with toasted walnuts.
