Delicious And Healthy Low Carb Atkins Diet Recipe

Recipe : Mango Bango (Spicy Mango Cream)

Makes 4 servings

3 small mangoes, peeled, pitted and diced
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
8 fluid ounces vanilla nonfat sugar-free frozen yogurt, softened
Lime slices to garnish (optional)

In food processor or blender, combine mangoes, lime juice and hot pepper sauce;
puree until smooth. Add yogurt; puree again until smooth.
Transfer mixture to medium metal mixing bowl; freeze, covered, until ready to
serve, occasionally beating with fork to keep ice crystals from forming.
Just before serving, divide mango mixture evenly among 4 dessert dishes; serve
garnished with lime slices if desired.
