Recipe : Maple Baked Apples
Makes 4 servings
Two 8-Ounce apples, halved lengthwise and cored
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400o F. Line baking sheet with foil.
Place apple halves, cut-sides up, on prepared baking sheet. In small bowl, combine
syrup, lemon juice and cinnamon; pour evenly over apples. Bake 12-15 minutes,
until apples are tender.
