6 medium peaches, pitted and sliced
8 fluid ounces (1 cup) dry red wine
Sugar substitute to equal 2 teaspoons sugar
Fresh mint sprigs, to garnish
In medium bowl, toss peaches with wine and sugar substitute; set aside at room
temperature 30 minutes. Spoon equal portions of fruit and wine into 4 dessert
dishes and garnish with mint sprigs.
