Delicious And Healthy Low Carb Atkins Diet Recipe

Recipe : Broiled Lamb Chops with Feta Cheese
Makes 4 servings
1 1/2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves, crumbled
1/4 garlic clove, finely minced
Four 3-Ounce boneless lamb chops
Preheat broiler. Spray rack in broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In small bowl, combine feta cheese, oregano, mint and garlic; set aside.
Place lamb on prepared broiler rack; broil 4" from heat 3-4 minutes, until well
browned. Turn chops over; spread evenly with feta cheese mixture. Broil 6-8
minutes longer, until lamb is cooked through and cheese mixture is browned. Let
stand 5 minutes before serving.
