Delicious And Healthy Low Carb Atkins Diet Recipe

Recipe : Grilled Teriyaki Steak

This is a quick and easy way to spice up a grilled steak.

Makes 4 servings

1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/2 fluid ounce (1 tablespoon) dry white wine
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
10 ounces lean boneless beef sirloin

Spray rack in broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat broiler.
In small bowl, combine soy sauce, wine, vinegar, honey, mustard and pepper;
brush beef on both sides with some of the soy sauce mixture.
Place beef onto prepared rack in broiler pan; broil 4" from heat, turning once and
brushing frequently with remaining soy sauce mixture, 14 minutes, until cooked
through. Transfer beef to cutting board; slice thinly.

SERVING (2 OUNCES) PROVIDES: 2 PROTEINS, 10 Optional Calories.
