Delicious And Healthy Low Carb Atkins Diet Recipe

Recipe : Grilled Veal Chops with Balsamic Glaze
Veal chops make an elegant entree for any occasion.
Makes 4 servings
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
2 teaspoons honey
Four 3-ounce loin veal chops
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Prepare grill for a hot fire, using direct method (see Cooking Methods) .
To prepare glaze, in small bowl, combine vinegar, juice, Worcestershire sauce,
honey and mustard.
Season chops with salt and pepper and brush with glaze. Grill over high heat,
brushing with remaining glaze, 3 minutes per side. Transfer chops to each of 4
warm plates and serve.
SERVING (2 OUNCES VEAL) PROVIDES: 2 Proteins, 10 Optional Calories.
