Recipe : Dilled Pasta Salad

Makes 4 servings

6 ounces bite-size pasta
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 teaspoons olive oil
Grated zest of 1 lemon *
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 garlic clove, minced

In large pot of boiling water, cook pasta 8-10 minutes, until tender. Drain; rinse.
Transfer pasta to large decorative bowl. Add dill, oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt
and garlic; toss to combine.
