1/4 cup minced celery
1/4 cup minced red bell pepper
1/4 cup minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

In medium bowl, combine orzo, scallions, celery, red pepper, parsley, broth,
lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
