Recipe : Spicy Garlic Couscous

Makes 4 servings

1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
6 ounces couscous

In medium saucepan, heat oil; add garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring
constantly, 1 minute, until tender but not browned.
Add broth and red pepper flakes to garlic; bring to a boil. Stir in couscous;
remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 10 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
